the oldest residents of Goderich town-
ship in the person of Mary Mathe-
son, belayed wife. of John Porter.
The deeeased, who was born on Qct,
27th, 1848, was= a daughter of the
late William and Isabella Matheson,
of. Goderich township, and was mar-
ried to her now bereaved husband in
the year 1874, Mrs. Porter had been
