The death occurred. on Sunday, Feb.
10th. of Mrs. James K Mair, of Clin-
ton, after an illness of several weeks.
Mrs. Mair, whose maiden name was
Fanny Mellveen, was born and rear-
ed in IIullett township, being a
daughter of the late David Mellecen.
After her marriage to Mr. Mair they
resided on the base line for some
. years, anoving into Clinton about 30
years ago. Their only son, Lieut.
, Knox Mair, was killed in Evince and
Mr. Mali* passed away nearly two
years ago.
Death of Miss Club
After an illness of some months
the death occurred at the home of
