the time has come when newspaper men
,should form themselves into associa-
tions for the purpose of more success-
fully carrying oa their wollt. Profes-
sional men and others have their assoc-
iatious, and Why should not journalists?
The benefits .resulting from such an
organization are nla.n:y, and we would
pe pleased to see Abe 'members of the
press in this county,, take bold of the
matter, and do something. in this. dir-
ection at once. A. standard table of
rates for advertising; job printing, &c.
