The special edinmittee upon. matters connected with the Counties Volunteers, reported as follows :•-•1-- That the Treasurer be authorized to pay to each non -:commissioned officer and private in the companies belonging to the Counties, while on active eervice, as follows :-To each married man, 50cts per day ; each single man,- 25cts. - The married men to bo_paid. by the Treasurer of the municipality to which they belong, those receiving money. to furnish proper receipts, and the Counties' Tieasurer to refund the amount paid by each Town- ship Treasurer upon furnishing regular, Ray sheets, signedby the proper parties, in the same fern as the Government pay.
