PRESENTATION TO nEv.
A few friends connected with Knox's
Church, Goderich,actingen _behalf of the
congregation, presented their Pastor, the
Rev. R..Ure, a few days ago with a num-
ber of very handsome and costly gifts;
also with an address warmly expressive of
esteem and affection. Mr. Ure' returned
thanks, expressing his own and Mrs, Ure.'s
heartfelt apprecia4ons of the kindness of
the congregation, and stating that while
they had. cause to prize the gifts for
their own intrinsie value, they prized them
immeasurably more as memorials of- the
affection so cordially expressed in the ad-
