McNeil and a truck owned by the -Radford Con- struction Co., were damaged, Ap- parently, Mr. lgeNall's race ort was hitched' ont behind a motor - driven vehicle and taken for a whirl around the local race track. In the course of the dash, the ,cart must have detached itself from the vehicle. Mr. McNeil found his cart the next morning at the track, with the shafts both broken from their contact with the ground.
