Weddings
MURRAY - LEIPER
Rev. J. W. Stinson officiated for
a double -ring ceremony in North-
side United Church manse, uniting
in marriage Laura Leiper and Mr.
Gordon Murray, Walton.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
William Leiper, Londesboro, and
the late Mrs. Leiper, and the bride-
groom is the son of the late Mr.
and Mrs. Alex Murray, formerly
of Walton.
The bride chose a dress of crys-
talette in romance pink shade with
a matching bolero. Her accessor-
ies were in pink and navy, and her
corsage was of yellow roses.
Following a wedding trip to the
Niagara peninsula, the couple will
make their home in Morris Town-
ship.
The man didn't say a word when
they ran over his cat with a steam
roller. He just stood there with a
long puss.
"So you met your wife at a
dance. Wasn't it romantic?"
"Romantic? I should say not. It
was embarrassing. I thought she
was at home taking care of the
kids."
