Love, of Medford, was • elected
president and Fergus Turnbull, of
Grand Bend, secretary -treasurer,
for 1956. The 1956 reunion will be
held 'at Turnbull's Grove on the
same date. .
• Mr. Ross Kereher, of Heiman,
'has returned from New York as a
radio -television technician, where
he has been furthering his studies
in electronics.

George, and grandchildren, Kath-
ryn and Jimmy Lavelle, of Palm-

ient in Clinton Hospital with hip
injuries, the result of a fall she
suffered.

Mr. and Mrs. John Winpory, of
Straffordville, were here attending
the funeral of the late John Cuthill,
- Mrs. Fred Hutchings, who has
been a guest of her sister, Mrs.
W. E. Hawley, and Mr. Hawley,
and other relatives and friends,
left on Sunday for London, where
she will spend a week enroute to
her home in Cypress, California.

WALTON NEWS OF THE WEEK
Mrs. E. Ramsay, who has been
a patient in Scott Memorial Hos-
pital, Seaforth, for several weeks,
has recovered sufficiently to per-
mit her to be taken to the Muir
Nursing Home at Seaforth.
Mr. Don McDonald is confined
to Kitchener -Waterloo Hospital af-
ter undergoing a knee operation.

Father's Day_will be observed in
Duff's United Church on Sunday
morning, June 19. A baptismal
service will also be conducted.
The annual . garden party of
Duff's Church 'will be held Wed-
nesday evening, June 22. Supper
will be served frorn 5:30 to 8 p.m,
after which a variety program
will be presented by R.C.A.F. per-
sonnel.
Grades 7 and 8 pupils of the
Morris School Area enjoyed a bus
trip to the Detroit Zoo on Wednes-
day, June S.
Miss Marjorie McDonald, teach-
er at Walton Public School, and
Mr. Torrance Dundas. a trustee,
were amongst those who accom-
panied the childien on the tour.
Mr. Henry Hoegy, who resides
on the 17th concession of Grey, is
confined to his 'bed following a
stroke, which he suffered several
weeks ago.
Mrs. ,Cruikshanks, of Wingham,
spent several days with her son-in-
law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs.
Ross McCall.
Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Lawless,
Dianne and Murray, of Simcoe,
spent the weekend, with Mr. and
Mrs. Wilbur Turnbull.
Mr. Fred Martin and friend, of

in -training at Stratford General
Hospital, is spending three weeks
at her home here.
