On: Wednesday afternoon we held an assembly in the gym to distri- bute the money of the magazine campaign. Linda Sims headed the pay-off with $11, followed by Ruth Teall with $10, and Dora Ann Stin- son $9, which was what the com- mission earned, We next had a distinguished visitor, Mr. Young, from Curtis Publication, who pre- sented both Ruth and Linda with wrist watches. He then made a draw for a mantel radio, and be- lieve it or not, Dora Ann was the lucky winner. Congratulations to these girls! it's a shame there wasn't a boy around. The time -table for the exams is now up on the bulletin board, and exams will start Wednesday, No- vember 24, and finish November 30, a Tuesday.
