from polio, has recovered suffici-

fined to the hospital.

Hannah,Kelly, wife of Joseph M.
Manley, McKillop, died Tuesday,
October la, in Scott Memorial Hos-
pital, following a short illnees. She
was in. her 88th year.
Mrs. Manley was the daughter of
the- late John Kelly and his wife,
Annie O'Reilly. Surviving besides
her husband are three daughters:
Marie, Patricia and Rath, and one
son, Keith, at home. Two sisters,
Mrs. Thomas Patten (Eva), Lucan;
Mrs. Dan Finnigan (Florence),
Stratford, and four brothers, Joe
and Fergus, MeKillop; Basil, Ellice
township, and William, Woodstock,
also survive. Another brother,
James, predeceased her in 1938
She was a member of the League
of the Sacred Heart and the C.W.L.
The remains rested at the I3ox
Funeral Home, Seaforth. Requiem
High Mass will be sung at 9 am.
Friday morning at St. Columban
Church, with interment in St. Col-
umban cemetery. The pallbearers
will be Joseph McLaughlin, Steph
en Murray, Frank Murray, Milton
Dietz, Joseph Johnson and Hubert
Johnson.

The October meeting of the Wal-
ton C.G.I.T. was held at the home
of Mrs. MeCreath recently, with
June Haekwell in charge. The meet-
ing opened with the Call to Wor
ship, a hymn and prayer.
