For those who have been looking to baseball possibili- ties, it looks as if Seaforth is to come up with something new this season. The Athletic Society hopes to enter a baseball' team' in either the W.O.A.A. or the O.B,A. The team is expected to be an inter- mediate club, in the same Iine-up as Clinton and Centralia R.C.A.F., Mitchell, Hensall and some other uncertain entries. For the ball fan this should be the best of news. •It was only a few seasons ago that Seaforth showed she could field one of the best ball teams in the running, given proper support and co-operation. Just how baseball will be taken by Seaforth is not yet known, ,but if the re- sponse of other towns to this type of ballis•any indication to us, the fans of Seaforth will see a summer of exciting sports entertainulent. A floor may be put in the Sea- forth Community Centre, If this ac- tion is, taken shortly, it could mean an all-around year for Seaforth's house of entertainment. Roller skating would likely be one of the big features onthe new program, while there would be good chances for boxing and wrestling. Seeing some of ,the many activities that have been carried on in other towns the size of Seaforth should be real encouragement to those re- sponsible for installing a floor.
