DEAR MR. MOTORIST:
It happens every year. The first cold snap arrives and
the whale neighborhood is driving in, phoning in—even walking
in. They all want the same thing: Winter Change -over for
their cars. '
Of course, t-aat's fine with us. We like to do a brisk
business. And we're proud that our neighbors have such confi-
dence in our service and products. But unfortunately there are
limits to our facilities. We can't always serve our customers
at the very instant, they want us to.
This year to avoid bottlenecks and improve service and
convenience to our many customers, we have instituted a Book-
ing Program. This will distribute the load of Change -over
business more evenly. Nobody need then be disappointed when
that first sharp frost arrives.
Next time you're passing by, drop in and make a Winter
Change -over date. Or phone us. Pick-up and delivery is part of
our service.
We hope to have the pleasure of serving you and to give
your car the complete winter protection it now needs.
Cordially yours,
