Mrs. Thomas Butt, who has been
a patient at Clinton Public Hospi-
tal for the past two weeks, return-
ed home Saturday and is improving
nicely,
Mrs. C. M. Redden. is confined to
her room with a heart condition.
Mr. S. Merrier is a patient in
Victoria Hopital, London.
Mr. Stan Tudor, who has been a
patient in Victoria Hospital, Lon-
don, is improving and expects to
return home this week.
Mr. Harp iRivers is confined to
his home with illness.
Mr. W. H. Pfile is not enjoying
the best of health.
Miss James Smillie has returned
home from St. Joseph's Hospital,

Walter G. Willis, Seaforth, re-
ports that his brother, Charles L.
Willis, who is editor of the 'Stet -
tier, Alta., Independent, had his
entire office razed when a building
next door burned down. At the
time Mr.. Willis was in the hospi-
tal. Ile Chad suffered a heart at-
tack while en route to visit his
daughters in Vancouver, B.C.
'Fall Project Meeting
The' fall project, `Cottons May
Be Smart," for girls 12 to 26 years,
sponsored by the Kippen East Wo-
men's Institute, under the leader-
ship of Mrs. E. Jarrott and Mrs. W.

Communion service was observed
in St. Andrew's Church on Sunday
