Parsonage at Orillia was the scene
of the quiet wedding of Margaret
Elizabeth Upshall, daughter of the
tate Mr. and Mrs. Robert T. Elgie,
of Seaforth, to Joseph Milford. Mc-
Bride, of Hamilton, son of Mr. Jno.
T. McBride and the late Mrs. Mc-
Bride, of .Mount Forest. The Rev.
H. G. Moyes officiated. Miss Rhea
Upshall, daughter of the bride, and
her friend, Miss Patsy Coyne, were
the only attendants. Both girls
looked charming in powder blue
nylon to match the bride's gown
and hats of powder blue lace, with
corsages of deep pink Talisman
roses.. On their return from Mus-
koka, Mr. and Mrs. McBride will
reside at Caistorville.
McKague - Ferguson.—At an eve-
ning ceremony on Friday last in
Rosedale Presbyterian Church, To-
ronto, Rev. Douglas Stewart heard
the wedding vows of Doris Eliza-
beth Ferguson, daughter of Mir.
and Mrs. George Dougald Fergu-
son, Seaforth, and James Victor
McKague, son of Mr. and Mrs. E.
Victor McKague. Given in mar -
Nage by her father, the bride was
attended by Mrs. B. J. Kitchen,
sister of the groom, Diana Hogg
and. Joan Clifton., B. J. Kitchen
was best man. The bride chose a
gown of ivory lace, with a barque
bodice and a full skirt which :low-
ed into a train. A coronet of lace
held her train -length veil. With
her white prayer book, she carried
a white orchid and stephanotis.
Her attendants wore white gowns
with hats of blue cornflowers to
match their bouquets. To travel to
the Laurentians the bride wore an
ivory doeskin suit with green ac-
cessories.
