The Voice Of
Temperance
Word has come up from the
south end of the County that one
of our county newspapers is adver-
tising the Christmas Seals Cam-
paign. That is commendable. What
is not commendable is that this:ade
vertising is sponsored by a brew-
ery. This is some more of the
brewer's so-called good will adver-
tising. How they do try to in-
gratiate
ngratiate themselves. with the pub-
lic. Doubtless, it is for their good
to be associated with the Christ-
mas,
hristmas, Seals Campaign, or any wor-
thy ceuse. But the good cause is
prejudiced by such association. The
people of Huron are quite able to
support their own Christmas seals
campaign without any help from
any brewery. -(Adv.).
