CROMARTY A successful bazaar was held in the basement of the church under the auspices of the Ladies' Aid So- ciety and the Marion Ritchie Aux lIlary, The display, consisting of home-made baking, aprons, towels, fancy work and vegetables, was convened over by Mrs. Houghton, with Mrs. Laing at the Ladies' Aid table and Mrs. Storey and Mrs. .McLachlin at the Auxiliary table. Mrs. Calder McKaig was convener of the lunch tables, assisted. by Nettie McCurdy, Olive Spear° and, Mrs. Wesley Russell. The fish pond, which was well .patronizedi by the children, was conducted by Mrs. T. L. Scott and Mrs. Ernie Allen. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Mills, of St. Marys, spent a day recently with Mrs. Robertson, who return- ed with them to St. Marys to visit with her daughter, Mrs. M. •Ohit- tick. Mr. T. L. Scott made a business trip to Toronto on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. T. Laing visited on Sunday with Mrs. Laing's sister, Mrs, Deichert, and Mr. Albert Deichert. Mrs. Bruce Armstrong and two young sons visited with her par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lindsay McKel- lar.
