Bayfield Fall Fair Lists

A special commercial apple ex -6
hibit was one of the main features
at Bayfield Fall Fair last Thurs-
day. The exhibitors had to show
a six -quart basket of apples with
at least six Eby -products of apples,
such as apple sauce, baked apples,
cider, etc. Winners were: lst, $35,

marriage of Charlotte Christina
Harris, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Leonard Harris, of Farquhar, and
Frank Hutchison, Nesbit, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Nesbit, Blyth.
Rev. William Mair officiated,. The
bride, given in marriage by her
father, wore a white ';slipper satin
.gown with fitted bodice, sleeves
reaching to a point over the hands
and a fioor-length veil caught in a
braided coronet. She wore a rhine-
stone necklace and earrings, gift
of the groom, and carried Better
Time roses. The matron of honor
was the groom's sister, Mrs. G.
Gray, Toronto, wearing a. blue silk
jersey with feather headdress, and
carried yellow mums. Bridesmaid
was Grace Penhale, of Munro, who
wore pink and orchid corded taf-
feta with floral headdress, and car-
ried white 'and yellow mums. The
junior bridesmaids, Annie and
Alice Nesbit, Blyth, wore green
and mauve taffeta with matching
floral headdress, and carried
bronze and yellow mums. Best
man was James Harris, while
Charles Harris and Laurence Nes-
bit ushered. Mrs. William Cann
was soloist, accompanied by Miss
Elaine Walsh, Blyth. For the re-
ception in the church the bride's
mother chose wine crepe with
matching hat and accessories and
corsage of white roses. The
groom's mother wore moss green
brocaded crepe with matching hat
