However, years and injury have left their mark and the "Old Man" isn't' what he used to be. And this brings us to the real reason of our short story in Sport News. Desvite the fact the New Mem- oriel Arena hasn't been officially opened, Archie had. that yearning to play in just one more game— and that in the new Seaforth and District Memorial Arena—and that isint all . . he wanted to play that game against his old home town team. His chance came on Tuesday night and Archie was out their big as ever and working just as hard, We hope that Archie's ambition was complete and a hap - y one when it was realized Tues - ay night, with the team winning -0. To Archie, a. grand sport, we say: Good luck throughout the comlng years. * * * The two Legion teams divided their wins on Friday night as they played two away games. At Ripley the Juveniles downed Ripley 7-4 in it hard-fought tattle against, Luck - now. Broome was Seafordes star in this game, collecting four of Sea forth's tallies. In the Intermediate game the team fromTavistock: proved too fast for the loear Legion team and downed them to the tune of 6-3. The Juniors made their first spot berth definite on Saturday when they trounced the Milverton Lions 12-2. The game was never in doubt from the opening whistle, with the locals taking the lead at 4:25 with Norm Heighington doing the scor- ing.
