Patrick - Dillane.—A quiet wed ding was solemnized at Knox Pres- byterian Church, Guelph, an Satur- day, Nov. 6, when Joan Meredith Dillane, became the bride of John Alexander Patrick, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery Pat- ricp, Seaforth. The Rev. D. Craw- ford Smith officiated. The bride wore a powder blue moire taffeta dress with bustle effect, headdress of tiny blue feathers and tulle and corsage of gardenias. Mrs. S. H. Randall, of Fort Erie, was her sis- ter's only attendant, gowned in dusky rose, small hat to match -and corsage of cream rosebuds. Mr. Robert J. Patrick, of Seaforth, was his brother's best man. After a reception at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. G. S. Dillane, the bride and groom left on a motor trip to the United' .States, Montreal and Ottawa. Glenn Campbell officiated at the ceremony uniting in marriage Mary Elizabeth Dolmage, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Dolmage, Seaforth, to Mr. Harold Wesley Longman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Longman, Londesboro. The bride wore a street -length dress of dusty blue crepe with white acces- sories and a corsage of yellow roses and white chrysanthemums and a two -strand pearl necklace. She was attended by Mrs. Carl Longman, Londe•sboro, who wore a brown crepe dress with brown accessories and corsage of yellow roses and white chrysanthemums. The groom was attended by his brother, Mr. Carl Longman, Lon- desboro. Following the ceremony the couple left on a trip to Strat- ford, Brampton and points east, the bride travelling in a sky blue crepe dress, brown tweed coat with brown accessories. Gordon Hazlewood per- formed the ceremony. The bride was becomingly gowned in orchid nylon sheer and carried yellow roses ancl+ white mums, She was attended by Mrs. Alvin Riley, sis- ter of the groom, wbo was dress- ed in blue satin and carried pink roses and white mums. Mr. Wm. Coutts, brother of the bride, Wass best man. A reception was held •at the home of the bride's par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. James Coutts, at which Mrs. Coutts received with her daughter in a printed jersey dress.
