Willis, Drayton, the marriage to take
place the latter part of July.
Brother Dies in Hamilton.—A well-
known resident of Stratford and a.
barber for many years, Frank Golding
died in Hamilton Saturday morning.
Mr. and Mrs. Golding had gone to
Hamilton to reside with their son,
Gordon, a little more than a year ago.
For the past two years he had suf-
fered from a heart condition and it
was that illness which compelled him
to retire from his work and move to
Hamilton. Born in Staffa about 68
years ago, he had resided in Strat-
ford most of his life. His wife, the
former Miss Maude Farrow, was a
Stratford girl.. Mr. Golding was a
member of Central United Church,
Stratford. Surviving are his wife and
sou, one brother, William H. Golding,
M.P., Seaforth, and a sister, Miss Lil-
lian Sills, Cleveland. The body rest-
ed at the Greenwood-Gilbart Funeral
Home, 46 Erie St.. Stratford., where
the funeral service was held Tuesday
afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. N. A.
Healey, minister of Central United
Church, officiated and interment was
in Avondale cemetery, Stratford.

Death of Mrs. James Samuel Brown.
—Anna Maria Withell, beloved wife
of the late James Samuel Brown, of
Seaforth, passed away on Monday,
July 5.,at the home of her sister, 'Mrs.
George Faust, concession 2, Howick
Township, The late Mrs. Brown was
in her 82nd year and was the eldest
.daughter of the late John and Maria
Withell, of Fullarton Township, Perth
County. On December 25, 1895, she
was married to James S. Brown, who
predeceased her 10 years ago. She
had resided in Egmondville and Sea -
forth until two years ago, when she
gave up her home owing to ill health.
and has since resided with her siSter,
Mrs. Geo. Faust, most of the time.
She was a faithful member of Eg-
mondville United Church and was an
active worker in the Sunday School.,
W.M.S. and W.A., as long as health
permitted. She is survived by one
daughter, Mrs. Evelyne Dennis, De-
troit; three grandchildren; four great
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. John
Faust. De Kalb, Ill., and Mrs. George
Faust, Gorrie, Ont., and two brothers,
Mr. P. J. Withell, Calgary, Alta., and
Mr. F. G. Withell, Fort Erie N., Ont.
The remains rested at the Whitney
Funeral Chapel until Wednesday
morning when they were taken to Eg-
mondville United Church when the
funeral service was held Wednesday af-
ternoon. Rev. A. W. Gardiner officiat-
ed and interment was in •Maitlandbank
cemetery. The pallbearers were:
A. C. Routledge, Enos Boshart, Albert
Hudson, Robert McGonigle, John Nott
and Albert Baker.

• Mr. George T. Preston, of To-
ronto, is acting teller in the Provin-
Death of Alexander Charles Lillico.
—The death occurred on Tuesday in
Scott Memorial Hospital of Alexander
Charles 'Lillico, of Tuckersmith, in his,
48th year. About one year ago he suf-
fered a severe heart attack and had
not enjoyed the best of health since,
during recent weeks having been con-
fined to the hospital. He was born in
Blenheim Township and was married
in I9.29 at Rockwood to Evelyn Mary
Mackie, of Rockwood. Mr. Lillico fol-
lowed the profession of blacksmith
and came to Egmondville in 1927.
where he purchased the blacksmith
shop of the late George Hills, and
where he and his wife and family
made many friends. About a year
ago he disposed of his business in-
terests in Egmondville and this
spring purchased a farm on the Lon-
don Road. He was a member of Eg-
mondville United Church, and was
chairman of the Board of Tucker -
smith School Area No. 1, and was al-
so a member of the Egmondville
Cemetery Board. Besides his wife he
is survived by two daughters, Marion
and Christena;. three sisters, Mrs.
Prindale Brown, of Ayr; Miss Jessie
Lillico and Mrs. Harry Scluimer-
horn, of Drumbo, and two brothers,
Douglas Lillico, of Ayr, and Mack
Lillico, of Brantford. The funeral
will take place on Friday from his
late home, lot 45, Con, 2, L.R.S., Tuck-
ersmith, at 2 p.m., with Rev. A. W.
Gardiner officiating. In will
be in. Egmondville cemetery.
Steven - Hall.—Robinson United
Church, London, was the scene of a
very pretty wedding on Saturday,
July 3, at 2.30 p.m., when Audrey
Bernice Hall, daughter of Mr. and
'Mrs. E. 0. Hall, of London, became
the bride of John Charles Stevens,
son of Mrs. Stevens and the late W.
H. Stevens, of Seaforth. The Rev, M.
P. Smith was the officiating clergy-
mao, and MiSS, Aileen Guyner was the
organist, who accompanied Miss Lois
Whitney, Seaforth, the soloist. The
bride was given in marriage by her
father and was lovely in a whlte
fluorkent satin gown with yoke o
lutlidaisade lace, made by the groomfs

effect immediately.
For the information of the public, the old as well as

The following regulations regarding visitors and
visiting hours are now in effect, 'and the public 'is
requested to observe the same:
A. VISITING HOURS:
General Wards --
Daily from a to 4 p.m., and from 7 to 8 p.m.
Pediatric (Ohildren's) Ward—
Daily from 2 to 4 p.m.

Semi -Private Wards—
Daily from 2 to 4.30 p.m., and'frbm 7 to 9 p.m.
Private Rooms—
Dane from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
B. No visitors under 15 years of age are allowed in the Pediatric
(Children's) or General Wards.
C. No visitors, except the': mother of the husband, the mother of. the
.•• 'Wife and the 'hatband of the patient, are allowed in the maternity
department
D: employee of the Hospital and no special nurse on duty shall
