McGregor,lr— Daniel Frederick McGregor, for over three iec'ades one of the most widely known municipal officials in Huron County, passed away at Scott. Memorial Hos- pital -at 7.30 on Christmasmorning, December 25th. Mr. VcGregor was born in Stanley Town ship on June 29, 1871, but had spent .he greater part of his life in, the township,. of Tuckersmith. In 1910 he was appointed Clerk of the township, a fosition -he held for 35 years, and his :opperplate Penmanship on township •ecords will pass into history as a liv- ng tribute to his memory.
