Walley, former Seaforth druggist, died Thursday night after a brief ill- ness at his home in St. Thomas. He was 63 years of age. Surviving are his wife and a daughter, .Mrs. Doro- thy Roberts, Fort Erie. Death of James Nash.—James Nash, an esteemed life-long resident of Me- Killop, died ow Wednesday on the Nash homestead on the 3rd •conces- sion, where his parents settled after corning to this dietriet from Nova Scotia and where he *as born. 73 years ago. After his marriage” twen- tyi-nine years ago to Miss Mary Flan- nery they settled on the E. C. Case farm- in 'McKillop and later lived for a short time on the farm now occu- pied by A. Bayes in Tackersmith, re- turning afterward to M•eKiliop. Sur- viving are his widow and a family of three, a daughter in British Colum- bia and two sons at home. The fun- eral will take place on Friday morn- ing at 9.30 to St. James' Catholic Church, interment to be made in St. James•' cemetery. Rev. Father Hussey will officiate. His death follow- ed a protracted illness. He was born in Hibbert township and lived there until his marriage to Miss Elizabeth Patrick in 1893, when they moved to a farm on the 8th concession of Tuck- ersmith, retiring four years ago to tg- mondville where they had since re- sided. Mrs. Moore died in Toronte. six weeks ago. He is survived by four sons and one ,daughtei: Harvey Moore, 'in Tuckersmith - Andrew Moore,. Egmondville; • Robert Moore, Hensall; Davis Moore, Toronto, and Miss Annie Moore, at home. The fun- eral took place on Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Egmondville Unit- ed Church of which he was a valued member, interment taking place in Staffs cemetery. Rev. A. W. Hospital on Wednes- day night of Mary O'Reilly, in het S5th year. The departed woman was born in McKillop •and came to Sea - forth when a young woman to take •t position as tailoress with the firm of Bright -Bros., which she held for many years. 'Miss O'Reilly was the last sur- Vivor of a family of eight: She was a devoted 'members of • St, James'. Catholic Church and also of the Cath, olic Women's League and the Society of the Propagation of -the Faith. The funeral took place Friday .morning at 9.30 ',o'clock from the residence of her niece, Mrs. Julia Flannigan, Mar- ket Street, to St. Jamesf Catholic Church. Rev. T. P. Hussey officiat- ed.
