The results are highly favor- able, there being but fifteen candi- dates who failed out of a total of 193 candidates, 91 per cent. being success- ful. This is the highest percentage .of successful camdidatea ever achiev- ed in this district. First and second class honors are announced: First class honors are awarded when 75 per cent. or more of the. total marks is secured, and s•ee- ond class honors when 70 to 74 per cent. is obtained.
