J ewitt - Dexter
A pretty June wedding was solem-
nized at the home of the brine's par-
ents; et high noon on Saturday, June
bth+, • when Ella Elizabeth Dexter,
diaugihter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dex-
ter, of Constance, was united in mar-
riage to Mr..William Rhueben Jewitt,
of Constance, and formerly of Kincade,
Saskatchewan, son of •Mr. Rhuben
Jewitt, of ,Kincade. , The ceremony
was performed on the lawn under an
arch of evergreens, flowers and a
large white bell,_ by Rev. W. Gardiner
• of 'Londesbero, in the presenceof
some forty-fiye guests, the out-of-town
.guests being from Brussels, `Ethel,
Londesboro and Auburn. The beide,
who was beautifully gowned in white
silk organdy, embroidered in colors,
with white picture " hat and 'white
gloves, and carrying pink Rapture -ros-
es and ferns, was given in marriage
by her . father, while the wedding
march.was played by Miss Helen Brit -
•ton, oousin of the, bride. Following
the ceremony the wedding dinner was
.served at, the -bride's home, the color
scheme being pink and white, and elle
table centered with the bride's cake.
The waitresses were Miss Ethel Dex-
ter, Miss Viola, Dexter, Miss Margaret
Yungblut, Miss Kathleen, Yungblut,
Hiss Hazel Jamieson and Miss Edith
Britton•. Later the bride and groom
left on a honeymoon trip to Fore'at,
Watford and other points, the bride
(;ravelling in a tailored suit of ,Corona-
•tion blue, flaked. in, Coronation gold,
with pink silk crepe blouse and other
accessories to match. On 'their return
Mr. and Mrs. Jewitt will reside in Hul-

Kelly - Murray '
A very interesting June wedding
took place .at the Blessed Sacrament
Murcia, Toronto, Ont., at 8.30 Tues
day morning, Rev.' Father Pennyleg-
ioh officiating, of Audry Jane Murray,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Mur-
ray, Seaforth, to Timothy' Basil Kelly,
youngest son of Mrs. John Kelly and
the late John Kelly,- of Dublin, Ont.
The altar was deeerated with eprin.g
flowers and fern. The bride wore a
pale blue flowered sheer crepe dress,
in floor length, ittnd picture .hat of
white satin and lace gloves, carrying
a bridal bouquet of white carnations
and sweet peas. She wore a string
of pearls, gift of the groom. The
bridesmaid, Miss Florence Kelly, of
Toronto, sister of •.t'he groom, was
dressed in pale pink flowered siik
dress, floor length, with puffed sleeves.
She wore a picture hat and ,gloves to
match, carrying a bouquet of pink car-
na,tlone, sweet peas and fern. The
groom was assisted by the bride'.s
brother, Mr. Arnold Murray, of Sea -
forth. The wedding music. was play-
ed by the organist, Mrs. Unser. The
groohn's gift to the bridesmaid was a
nolklace with pearl setting; to the
groom's attendant, a gold tie pin. At -
ter .the ceremony the wadding party
motored to the King Edward hotel•
where they had their breakfast. The
table Was decorated with white and
