Season was held in the hall last Fri-

The November meeting of the
Brucefield Women'S Association was
held at the church -on Thursday, No-
vlenitber 3rd, with the president, Mrs.
H..Aitkenhe'ad in the chair. The meet-
ing, opened' with Hymen 154, "'Onward
Christian Soldiers." Mrs. Stevenson
read the Scripture lesson, Psalm 67,
while Mrs. 'McQueen. led in prayer.
MTs. 'Robert Dawson then gave the
topic, "iRemeimibrance Day,'* also re-
peated a poeiml written by Miss Law
illa .Carrick, of Whitechurch, "In
Memory of 'the Dead." The roll call,
a fallen hero, was responded to by
some thirty-five members. The meet-
ing closed with singing "Tenting on
the old Camp Ground." The host.
'Mss. Walter MioBeiath, and'; a,slsist-
ants, Mrs. Pepper, Mrs. Rattienbury,
Mrs. Ross and 'Mrs. 'Rathwell, served
a very dainity lunch. The De,cemiber

ed of his fine 100 acre farm on the
•Goshen Line to Mr. Art P. Keys, of
the 'Babylon Line, On the farm:
