Mr. and Mrs. Long will reside at 25

morning, a hen's egg that for size
holcLs the record for this sea -son. This
egg was laid by a Barred Rock hen
and measured 7 inches around and
7% inches the long way. We would

spection of the Seaforth Coll,egiate
Cadet Corps was held on the Colleg-
iate campus on Thursday morning of
this week before Col. Gillespde, of
London. The boys made an excel-
lent showing during the inspection
and also in their march down town,
The Cadet officers are: Commanding

; hs, Tom Cluff; Sergt. Major, Jack

London on Friday of last week. Mrs.
Buck had been in poor health for sev-
eral years- The deceased was a
daughter of M r. W. W. Burgess, of
Mitchell, where she was born thirty-
one years ago, and where &be resided
until her marriage to Mr. Buck, when
she came to Seaforth to r"ide. Be-
sides h, -r husband she is survived by
two sons and one daughter, her
father, one brother and one sister.
The funeral was held from -the horne
of her father in Mitchell on Sunday

conducted by Rev. H. D. Moyer, of
the United Church. Interment was
