Ontario Bonne Entente Party at Gov-

Curlers' BonspeiL-The curlers held
their second supper bonspeil at the
Palace Rink on Wednesday afternoon
and evening of this week. Owing to
sickness and other attractions there
were only eight rinks in the draw,
but the ice was perfect and a wond-
eerfully good time was staged. Two
games were played in the afternoon,
followed by supper in the rink. Bread
and butter, hot roast beef, Spanish
onion sandwiches and coffee looked
good to the curlers, and they swept
them away, the majority of them,
with a much keener relish than they
swept the stones. Two more games
were played in the evening, the win-
ner of the spell being R. J. Winter's

representation of members and
thers interested present. The matter
of holding a seed show this year was
under discussion, but the decision was
left with the Board of Managers, but
the annual Spring Shaw and Fall
Fair will be held as usual. Mr. M.
Broderick, who has been the most ef-
ficient and painstaking Secretary of
the Society for the past 11.4, years, de-
clined re-election, and a vote .of a-13-
preciation for his past services 'was
unanimously passed by the meeting.
The rector, Rev. T.' H. Brown, occu-
pied the chair and opened the meet-_„
ing with prayer. The rector thanked
God for His greet mercies vouchsafed
on behalf of the congregation through-
out the past year and congratulated
the congregation on the splendid con-
dition of the church spiritually and
otherwise. The church property was
in exeellent condition through the
united activity of the church mem-
bers. This was the Jubilee year of
the church in Seaforth, it having
been built seventy years ago, and
special jubilee 'services will be held
