late of the Township of PacKillop. In the
County of Huron. Farmer, doesoed.
AL persons having claims against the said
Michael Wan, who died on the 17th day of
May, 1928, are required to send full par-
ticulars of their claims, duly verified, to the
undersigned, the Solicitor for the Executrices
of the will of the said Michael Wall, Sea -
forth P.O., on or before the 10th day of
July. 1928.
After the said date the said Executrices
will proceed to distribute the estate among
the parties entitled thereto, having reference
only to the claims of which they .hall have
received notice.
After such distribution the said Executrices
shall not be liable for any part of the Estate
to any creditor of whose claim they shall
not have received notice es aforesaid.
