Dakota, where she is fanning 20n acres. Her farm She characteristically names "Blink Bon- ny." This reminds us of the enthusi- asm of the early settlement of now old Huron, when eaoh farmer gave a suitable name to his own farm. Blink Bonny was the name given her uncle, Hugh Grieve's, while Robert Turnbull named his adjacent property, "Dun- napace," and her unele, Alex. Wilson, 'called his "Silver Creek." 'Her farm is all under cultivation and mostly to wheat, and her expectations are great Should no hail storms intervene be- tween this and harvesting. She sent a sample of wheat 4h1 feet in length, which she selected from a field near her dwelling and whith she says Is a fair sample of the entire crop.
