Docherty, and given at her home, 358 Bersford Avenue, Toronto. Although not in good health for some time, Mrs. Somerville was able to be about as usual, and death came very suddenly and unexpected- ly. The deceased, who before her marriage, was Miss Eva M. Purkis, was born at Thornhill, Ontario. Twenty-eight years ago she was unit- ed 'in marriage to Mr. William Somer- ville, and came to reside in Seaforth, which was her .home until two years ago, when Mr. Somerville sold his business and residence here and re- moved to Toronto. Bi•sides her hus- band she is survived by two sisters and, one brother, all of whom reside in Toronto. The sincerest sympathy of many Seaforth friends -is extended to Mr. Somerville in his bereavement.
