Kennedy for export, the cattle averaged 1,400 pounds apiece. Choice. handyweight butchers were a good sale. with singlets and'a few ental tots mak- ing 6% -cent. and the beat load 6% cent. A number of good loads brought 0% cent. Good bulls sold steady and were a fairly brisk Made. Feeders were in good demand, two loads gelling at 0.60 at the top, with lower • grades steady. Stockers, however, were not much wanted. On the whole, the market for killer of all 'classes was from a quarter to a half higher then a week agog the greatest Improvement showing in the case of choice butcher oteen and heifers. A trainload of Western steers from the Matador Ranching Company sold at 6 cent on Friday.
