Mr. Welch together with 3,000 other dele- gates, was disgusted with the attitude of the Toronto press respecting the '€T. F. 0. and the attempt to misrep- resent the movement, will be dealt with during the evening. Mr. Welch will be supported by the delegates from the Clinton, Brucefield, Goshen and Bronson Clubs. It is expected that the capacity of the Varna town hall will be taxed to the limit. BRUCEFIELD Notice.
