Richard Houston, had been killed in action &utile the recent flirlitm* 11-. The young office, who was about 25 years of age, enbited in 1916 in the 36th battalion, and went ,.to England itt 1916. Ile was for seine tiMe on the staff of the Bank of Commerce here, but a little prior to enlisting he had taken a poeition with the MeLean Publishing Company of Toronto. Be- sides his parents he is survived by two brothers, Frank of this town, and George, at present in France with a unit of. the C.P.A., and one sister.
