was (fair fo good, with a few choice
lots and loads mixed in with them.
There was no great rush to buy, and
trade was ;generally quiet at the values
quoted. The top price for a load of
choice cattle, 1370 ibs. each, was 48.10,
sold to the Swift Canadian Company,
Towards the close orf the market trade
'aaeasier, and quito a number of se -
414M. to good cattle were left unsold.
The prospects look none too -bright for
the cattle trade, and should there be a
liberal delivery in the near future, look
