Notice to Creditors
In the Surrogate Court of the County of Huron, in
c1s the Estate of Archibald Menzies, deceesed.
All persons haying claims against the estate of
Archibald Menzies, late of the Township of Morrie,
in the County of Huron, farmer, deceased, who
died on or about the twenty seventh day of March,
1014; at the the townshiee of Morris, are required on
or before the let day of June, 1914, to vend to the
undersigned Solicitor for Administrators of the est-
ate, full particulars.of their claims, and of the see-
uritiee, if any, held by them,. duly verified. After
the said dale the Administrators will proceed to die.

entitled thereto, having reference only to the
claims of which they shall have received notice, and
after such distribution, the Administrators will not
be liable for any part of the estate, to any creditor,
of whose claims they shall not *.have received due
notice. This notice is given pursuant to the
