Rundle, a well known
Ingersoll cheese merchant, died in
Tiondon Saturday evening, from the
ettfeete of a dose of strychnine taken
an hour previously. Four monthe
ago deceased's wite died suddenly,
end Mr. Rundle had .grieved con-
tently since. He spent seven weeks
as a patient at the Guelph Sanitar-
ium, and was discharged a week
previous to his death- as cured. Mr.
Rundle went to- London as the guest
of his etepson, Mr. J. J. Dyer, and
in the afteeitoon, Wight calling on
ilACCe, Mrs. Mail, he took the
poison.- Thel fact was not discover-
ed untid the unfortuoate man was

Smith date, that tbe pat week hat been
rather a dull one in so far as the horee
market ia coecerned. Of the 125 animate
whose ownership changed handi ab the re-
pository during the week, the bulk were of
the lower grade class. They were chiefly
drivers and texpreesers, with a few of the
heavy draught order. Indications, how,
ever, point to the trade opening up fairly
well for the fall, and about September lot a
good demaod io expected for the better
•clasees, and the general outlook is good.
