Ard, whereas, it is deeirable to issue the
laid debentures at one time, and to make
the Fiecips1 of the said debt, and interett
thereon, repayable by yearly sums during
the period of twenty yeses, being rbe
currency of said debentures, said
yearly mime being of each respective
amounts that the aggregate amoont
payable in each year for principal and in

tarot in respect of the said debt shall be,
as nearly as possible, equal to the amount
payable in each of the other nineteen
years of the said period.
And wheress, the total amount required
by the Municipal Act to be raised annually
by special rate upon the said portion of the

And whereat, the amount of the whole

Mop sccording to f,he last revised assess-
ment r011 is $2,018.800, and the amount of
the whole rateable property of the said

the list revised assessment roll is $966 500.
And -whereas, the amount of the exittiog
debenture debt of the said MunicipalitY is
$8518.68, of which no part of the prinoiptil
or Interest) is in arrear.
Therefore the municipal council of the
Corporation of the Township a, MoKillop
enacts as follotve :--
1. A bonus not exceeding the sum of
V,000 is hereby granted by the said
portion of the said Township of Mo.
Mop, which ia hereinafter defined to
the Guelph Juuction Reilway Company in
aid of the @aid Railway aud for the purpose
of misting the extension thereof to the
said Town of Goderich through or near the
mid portion of the said Townthip,
2, For the purpose of raising the said
um, with interest. 20 debentures of the eaid
Townehip of McKillop to the amount of
$441.51 eaoh, shall be lamed on the firet
day of July 1904, each of which deben-
tures shall be dated ou the day of the imam
.thereof, arid ehalt be payable in consecutive
years within twenty year thereafter at
the Canadian Bank of Commerce in the
Town of Seaforth.
3. Esoh of the said debentures shall be
levied by the Reeve of the said Township
or by some othe pereon authortztd be by-
law to sign the same, and by the Treaeurer
thereof, and the Clerk hai1 attaoh thereto
