several excellent selections in a manner thats
fully sustained their reput tion as al Musical
organisation of the first ra k. - The 'scilos by
Mies Guseie Pickard, with ,iolin olohgato by
Mies Edna Pickard, wer well reaeived,
Mies Pickard has a clear, sweet Voice Of
good range and her renditions ishowed thoi-
ough training. The recitations of *Missi
Colo mere cleverly done, while the Icettnt

Cita STMAS WEDDING. -Christmas Day
was cel breted at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Robert MoMordie, London road, by a ,very
iuteree ing and happy event -one of which
in futu e years will be remembered by them.
The in itat ions extended to a large number
of frie de and relatives, it being the mar-
riage f their youngest daughter, Mies
Maggi , to George Thomson, of Hullett, son
of Mrs. Thomson, now of Clinton. This
estima le family consists of five eons and
three d ughters, aed this being the first
rnarria e, was considered more than a usual
ocourrence. The house was tastefully dec-
orated or the occasion, and the ceremony
was pe formed by Rev. J. Henderson, of
Hensel Presbyterian church. The bride
was gi en away by her father and looked
oharmi g in her pretty costume. A sump-
tuous r past was served, a reception accord-
ed the ewly wed, and after a few hours of
merriment, Mr. and Mrs. Thomson drove to
their n w home on the gravel road, Hullett,
where he groom has en excellent farm. Mr.
