Hay Council.
COURT OF RILVISION.-The Council
met purauant to adjournment, as a
Court of Revision, on May 30th. After
the necessary oaths were taken the
Court became organized with the Reeve
as chairman. It was moved by Mr. J.
C. Kalbfleisch, seconded by , Mr. Wm.
Moir, that the appeal of John Duncan
against being too largely assessed, be
not sustained.—Carried: Moved by
Mr. Voelker, seconded by Mr. Snell.
that the following changes be made in
the assessment roll, viz: That dogs be
struck off from the assessment of Messrs.
F. G. Maxwell, Randa Love, S. Mid-
ings, H. Koehler, H. Lippert, John
Bell, C. Whiteman; a dog be added
to each of the following assessment,
viz: Messrs. C. Dabne, L. Hamacher.

COUNCIL MEETING. -It was moved by
Mr. Voelkere seconded by Mr. Sohnell,
that Peter Koehler be appointed path -
master in Division 39, instead of J.
Gellman. Moved by Mr. Moir, second-
ed by Mr. Kashileisch, that road com-
missioners be appointed as fellows :
Wm. Lammie for division 1, Centre
Road; George Park for division 2, Cen-
tre Road; Henry Wenn, jr., division
3, Centre Road ; Nekton Mason, division
4, Centre Road ; Charles Troyer, H.
Gies, North Boundary; D. Shaefer, H.
Yage, South Boundary.—Carried. It
was moved by Mr. Kalbileisch, second-
ed by Mr. Moir, that this Council grant
$200 for work on North Boundary and
$400 on South Boundary, provided that
Stanley and Stephen grant equal sums.

onded by Mr. Moir, that the report of
F. W. Farncomb, relative to the drain
in the Hay swamp, be accepted, and the
necessary by-law be prepared.—Carried.

TOWNSHIP OF TUCKERSMITH.
TO PROHIBIT CERTAIN ANIMALSaFBOM
RUNNING AT LARGE.
,
WHEREAS, it is expedient to prohibit cer-
tain animals from running at large in this town-
ship.
Be it, therefore, enacted by the Minnicip' al
Council of the Township of Tuckersmith, and it
is hereby enacted by the said Council, under
authority and by virtue of provisions ccintained
In Section 490asub-section 2, of the Mimicipal
Act, that from and after the first day of January,
1892, all Cattle, Horses, Sheep and Sine are
piohibited from running at large in the muni-
cipality of the township of Tuckersinith. On
and after the said date it shall not tin lawful
for any cattle, horses, sheep or swine tq go at
large or be upon the highways over whilch this
corporation has jurisdiction, without scene per-
son in charge of thew and any of the Bald ani-
mals so unlawfully at'large shall be empounded
by any poundiceeper of the tewnship, when such
animal is de;ivered to hini for that purpbee, and
the provisions of the Act respecting ipounds
shall apply to the case of all animals so.einpound-
ed. The owner or keeper of any animal 30 al-
lowed unlawfully to run at large in thia town-
ship, shall be liable to a fine of not leosithan Si
nor more than 82 for each day such animal is
allowed so unlawfully to run at large, such
penalty renoverable with costs by proilecution
before any Justice of the Peace having aurisdic-
tion in this municipality.
