Dean Sta.-The Low -Down Bincier I purchate:
ed from you is all that can be deeired. I have
cut forty-three acres this season, and it did it
splendidly. I have out fall wheat, barley, -oats
and spring wheat, the latter beipg :very heavy
and somewhat lodged. It cuts clean, and binds
a good sheaf. One team can handle it with ease,
and I consider it equals the work cif any • binder
yet produced, with many adva.ptaget in its eon-
structionee-Yours truly, P. HAWTHORN:

quality of work,. simplicity of construction and

DE.kR Sine -After arranging to get jeour Binder
this harvest, I was iefoemed that it lwas a failure,
and agents of ether firers endeavored tes obtain
my order for their machines, mired you Wormed
me you were milling to place a machine on in
farm on its merits. two satisfied, and the re-
sult I do not think cap be any more satisfactory
to e-ou. than to un self I never used More than two
horses, and am satisfied they worked with very
little more deaft than an ordinary Reaper. The
machineus'tried on all kinds I 0 grain and
rinder various conditions, and the Werliz done
was something I do not think can I be equalled, .
and I am positive cannot be excelled. I would
have no other machine, end if your Law -Down
Binder is what slaw oppoeitisn call a failure I
may say that in amy farming maeleinery I require
I would prefer the failures to the successes. I
can cheerfully recommend the machine to any-
one requiring a first-class Binder. Yours truly, -
JAMEESXCTRIMACTINIFELG;THE TIMM. EXTOSITOR.
.
Tins harvest I gave Mr. Sameel Woodreat per-
mission to bring a Maxwell Low-Denvn Binder on
my premises to give an exhibition of its svork. -
He tried it firtt springwheat and next in oats,
a very heae-e- crop and badly blown down arid .
tangled, and was both damp and rather green,
Had I been going to cut it with my common
reaper I would not have cut it more. than one
wa,y, but the binder cut all aroand the piece and
make a first -eines kite better than I possibly
could have done with my single reaper. The
Binder is a great deal more conveaient to move
than any other Binder I -ever saw. It can be
moved as easy as any ;:mnii -011 reaper: and one
span of honies can -work it nicely in any Med of
gram. There were other agents <tame also arid
t asked permission to bring their binder and work
eith it. I told them thee n-lehteoree le„ and wel-
come, but they failed to put'. in an appearance.
When the Binder was brought on my premises I
had not the lea.st 'Wee of purchasing one" but
after cutting 27 aeres of all kinds 4:4' gram, it
gave snch good satisfaction that I at once made
hes my mind to buy it, and would advise any
tanner ,a-anting a hinder to examine the above
Binder before purchasing any °then Yours
truly, ROM. SCOTT, Hullett.
