York gen lemon, an offer of 110,. 00 for
the calf f -orn his celebrated cow Mary

butter tont of this cow has been carefully
conducted for a period of 310 consecu-
tive days, and she has made the npre-
cedented amount of 838 lbs. . t} oz.
Efforts w'll be made to dry her o this
month, When it is expected sb will
have reached 855 to 860 lbs. of utter.
She is due to calve at the end of Jane.
Mary Anne has had three calves. The
eldest wa sold for 86,000, for her year-
ling 66,00 has been offered, and f r her

110,000 fojr the calf to be borne. Total
