Messrs. T. E. Hays, W.J. Shannon,
Roderick 'Grey, Wm. McMurray, and
Robert Govenlook. - The new Board 'of
Directors have not yet held a formal
meeting and have consequently not
elected their President. On the, after-
noon of the same day a meetiing of the
patrons was held. There was a fair at-
tendance, hut the only business of im-
portance transacted was. the adoption
of the auditor's report and the appoint-
ing of a manager. The chair was oc-
cupied by Mr. Govenlock, and Mr.
Turnbull 'acted as Secretary. The an-
idtor's report showed that the average
price received per pound for the cheese
was a little over 10g cents per pound.
This was a good price and very satis-
factory to -the patrons. During.the last
year the make of this factory was very
small, but the quality of the article
made was unexceptionable. Mr. W. S.
Robertson was appointed salesman for
next year, and will: likely have the
main management of the factory. The
meeting adjourned until the .14th of
January, when the remaining officers
will be appointed and other business
fully arranged for the efficient operating
-of the factory next season.
