NEW GEooRAPaT.--i Loveil's ad anted geography, for the nee of school and colleges, has.be.en issued by the pub- lishers, and we have no hesitattoon in pronouncing it superior to anything of the kind yet published. It is strongly hound in flexible oo$ers anl' the paper is of first-rate quality. In typographic execution it is faultless, and the . maps are tastefully colored, and though well filled up,: are: not over -crowded; with details. We heartily recommend the "advanced geography" for High School students and for pupils in the higher classes of our Public Schools. - Fon WL BLEDON. — Mr. Alexander Wilson, of this town, is one of the for- tunate marksmen *hose skill entitles him to membership lin the Wimbledon teem for 1881, The team is composed of those who made the highest aggre- gate scores at the relent meetinof - the Dominion Rifle Association at Ottawa, . • and is composed o twenty members.
