He is now recovering. —Last Sunday moning the deadbody of a woman was ,found floating in the bay at Toronto. She was a wo- man of about thirty, in the prime of womanhood, with regular and interest- ing features. She was dressed in mourning,, and her hat and clothes were trimmed with crape. No one seemed to know anything; about her. No one recognized or claimed the body. From appearances it was supposed to lie a case of suicide. —The whole of,the wreck of the Tay Bridge has now been raised, and the river is again clear of all obstructions. The work that, according to those who were thought to be reliable judges, was to occupy twelve months, has been most successfully accomplished in leas than half that time,. bad weather and other unavoidable detentions allowed for.
