'202 2-5 $1,094 60 AND WHEREAS, the said Council are of opinion that the deepening of such creek is desirable. - . _-, BE IT THEREFORE e nytl e.sald Municipal Council of the Town of Sea - forth, pursuant to the provisions -Of an Act, of the Legislature of Ontario, passed in the Thirty: Sixth year of Her Majesty's reign, Chaptered Fort -Eight. 1st. That the said report, plans and estimates be adopted, and the said deep- ening, and the works connected therewith, be made and constructed in accordance therewith. 2. That for the purpose of paying the sum of Nine Hundred and One Dollars, being the amount charged a ainst the said lands to be benefitted as aforesaid, other than roads belonging to the Municipality, the amounts of the value of the improve- ments set opposite the several lots undermentioned, (and in the said Report and Assessment above set forth,) over and above all other rates, shall be essed and levied during the year 1877, in the same manner and at the same timeas taxes for general purposes of the said Municipality are levied, upon the undermentioned lots and parts of lots : , Lot or Part of Lot and Street Benefitted.
