learn that Mr, eavid Stoddort, teacher
in the Winthrop school, has been com-
pelled throu h '11 health to resign hie
view of benefiti g his health,
m y be imagined but scareely described,
I order to get him out again Mr. McGee
had to cutaway the hay in the MOW from
the hole, and then dragged him forward
to the same hole where he had entered,
pl ced his head and front , feet out, and
le t him in that-poeition to 'work out his
o n eaation. After about two hours
Mr. McGee again came to the barn to see
how his coltship was getting along, and
intending to cut the hole larger, if he had
not worked out, but the colt saved him
this trouble, as he had again worked
hi self out through the same hole which
h entered. We tvould advise our friend
to keep ladders Out of the way of this
a imal or he may climb to the top of the
h , use and Burling his owner by jumpi g
