The Fall Show under the auspices of
the Stephen and lisborne , Agricultural

last. In the lamming the weather look-
ed extremely tudavorable, and. until
about o'clock a di.izzling rain continued
to fall. After this hour the rain ceased,
the donde cleared. off, and the day
tutned out to be one of the most favor-
able and pleasant of the eeasow. The
attendance of visitors was very large.
!, During the wholeof the forenoon every
load leading to the pretty mid • thriving
village was lined. with vehicles of every,
description ,from the ponderous hunbee
waggon to the neat and :comfortable car-
riage and buggy, each laden with Steck
and articlee for exhibitiou, or with the
families of the thrifty and well-to-do
fanners of the vicinity. At about ten
o'clock, the rush was so great thatit was
with difficulty a conveyance could be
drawn along the main street, and every
available place -where a horse or convey-
ance could'be stowed was crammed full.
Indeed, had it not been for the Mild hos-

fine dairy farm adjoins the village, our
