'Spring Al 15 to $1. 10 Barley nettle 68 to 630, but
onlv about 12 loads were offered. Peas brought 86
to 87e. There were only a load or two of oats,

WHEREAS, by an act of the fourth seesion of the
fetoislature of the Province of Outario, passed in
the thirty-fourth year of theaeign of Her Majesty
Queer, Victoria, entitled, " An Act to Incorporate
the London, Huron and Bruce Railway Company,"
it is, amongst other thiugs, provided and enacted
as follows:
"And it shall_furtber be lawful for any Manta-

Company shall pass or be situated, to aid and as-
