RULES OF THE. BANDS.
1st.' Bands iuter-ding to compete, shall
give the Secretary notice at least 12 days
'previous to the da of the Exhibition.
2nd. The band master of each Band, shall
forward to the Secretary three days before
the day of competition, a ngte, statim the
number of pet -fel -tilers in his Band,,aa.nd the
pieces ofmusicthey intend to pray.
3rd. Bands must be forward -by 11 o'clock
a.- m., on the day of competition. -
