Woodstock was visited by a terrific
hail storm on Sunday evening last,
about six o'clock, v-ich caused a great
deal of damage to all the houses, break-

in this place. The Canadian Literary

en. Rail stones measuring five or
eight inches in circumference fell. The
streets were like rivers in a fern min-
